This site is optimized for viewing with Internet Explorer
version 4.0 or higher on a 15” monitor set to a
minimum
resolution of 800 x 600 dpi and at least
256 colors.
Larger screens and higher resolutions will
enhance
viewing.
All
framesets will print on 8½” by 11” paper with margins
set to ¼”.
